DJ AarOn, born Aaron Sibilo on January 27th 2010, in Rotterdam, discovered his passion for music at a young age. After his parents separated in 2012, he moved with his mother and five-year-older sister to Almere, where he grew up in a warm and stimulating environment.
From the moment he could move, it was clear that Aaron had a special connection with music. As a baby, he would dance in his car seat as soon as the radio came on. At the age of six, during a visit to the children's clinic for a minor procedure, he discovered a music room with a turntable in the waiting room. An employee showed him how it worked — and something special happened. That brief introduction to DJing sparked a fire that has only grown ever since.
For his seventh birthday, Aaron received his first children's turntable, a gift his mother did not choose lightly.
His godfather, Levent Challiloglou, who is known in Norway as DJ DLD Beats, began teaching him the tricks of the trade. From that moment on, Aaron was unstoppable. His love for music grew into a serious passion, with a preference for Tech House, Bass House, and Afro House. His biggest inspiration? None other than Martin Garrix.
In 2022, he performed for the first time at his mother's birthday party. The performance was a success and the positive reactions gave him even more motivation. A year later, during a visit to his godfather in Norway, Aaron had the opportunity to perform live in front of a real audience. The experience left him wanting more.
For his 15th birthday (in 2025), Aaron received a music production program as a gift from his mother. Since then, he has spent hours in his room, completely immersed in making beats. What started as a childhood dream has now grown into a promising musical path.
In that same year, he decided to participate in the national talent competition Kunstbende, where, as one of the youngest participants, he surprisingly won second prize. As the icing on the cake, he was allowed to perform during Liberation Day in Drenthe — a big moment for this young artist.
Aaron – a.k.a. DJ AarOn – is determined to continue growing. He wants to perform more, further develop his production skills, and take his own sound to the next level. To make his musical dreams come true, he started working as a freelance DJ, with the goal of saving up for more professional equipment.
